with our housemade BBQ sauce served on Grilled Pullman bread

and served with French Fries

Opened Faced Prime Rib Sandwich 12

A generous portions of slowly roasted Prime Rib on grilled Texas

 Toasted topped with grilled peppers, onions and crimini mushrooms

draped in a beef demi-glace and accompanied with Onion Rings

Our slow 13 hour braised brisket sliced and served with our house

BBQ sauce and accompanied with Scalloped potatoes ans sauteed

our annual "WINTER BREAK"

Re-open on March 01, 2017.
